2) We require a card on file to reserve ANY and ALL appointments at the spa. There is a 24 hour cancellation policy in place which we may charge a 50% fee for no-showed appointments or any appointments cancelled within the 24 hours. We keep a waiting list and we appreciate your understanding.

3) Gratuities are accepted and appreciated and may be paid at the front desk via cash, paypal, and venmo options. (no longer to be included on credit card transactions)

We will be launching some new services January 1, 2025 to expand our spa menu. There will be a slight price increase on some spa services as we improve our treatments to maintain the quality of care we provide. We appreciate your patronage and invite you to try our new services and the benefits they offer.
We will continue to offer our 10% pre-booking feature and loyalty program. Spa Memberships are a great way to enjoy spa services regularly and commit to your self care and enjoy savings each month. It encompasses a range of procedures, including shampooing, conditioning, scalp massage, and the use of specialized products to nourish the scalp and stimulate hair growth. By improving scalp circulation, eliminating impurities and relieving tension, our treatment aims to enhance overall hair health and induce a state of relaxation.
